You are viewing a silver- brass overlay cap badge for the 240th CEF Battalion, of WWI vintage. This is an officer grade badge. RARE! Very clean, complete with both original horizontal lugs. A nice find! The battalion was composed of only 289 members of which, only fourteen were offciers. You have before you one of 14 badges.
