You are viewing a German pre WW2 "Tinnie" 1933 dated apparently commemorating a worker event. This oval, nicely stamped badge, is made of shiny brass (unusual for "Tinnie" style badges). Straight pin style backing is in good order.

It is a Nazi political relic, not really military as are most of these old "Tinnie" style badges. No apparent hallmark was noted.
