You are viewing a vintage Brassard for the Provost Corps. Most likely a Canadian product, but could also be British in origin. The armband is made of heavy felt with brass attachment grommets. The inside is covered with a smooth cotton material. The lettering is in a similar heavy felt but of a red color.
