You are viewing a German WW2 "Tinnie" 1934 dated commemorating  the Labor Day or the "day of the worker". This large, nicely stamped badge, is made of brass (unusual for "Tinnie" style badges). Safety pin style backing is missing. 

It is a Nazi political relic, not really military as are most of these old "Tinnie" style badges. Interesting design features that appear to have been borrowed from the Bolsheviks in the design of this uncommon badge.....
