This is a fine specimen of a browning copper WWI Canadian 48th Highlanders regiment cap badge. It is complete with both lug style attachments in good repair.
The CEF 134th Battalion of the 48th Highland Regiment was mobilized in Toronto on Dec.22,1915. Sailed for England in the mighty Canadian armada of August 1916. In England it became part of the 12th reserve battalion, and was disbanded on September 15th 1920.
