Formed in 1915. this battalion was raised in Vancouver British Columbia. Sailed for England inMay of1915 and was part of the 6th infantry brigade 2nd Canadian Division. Served in France and Belgium. Became known as Tobin's Tigers since it was under command of one Lt. Colonel H.S. Tobin.
